FAQ

What type of additives should an energy beverage NOT contain?

No type of energy beverage marketed in our country should contain any ingredients harmful to human health.

It is desirable that active ingredients contained in energy beverages be all-natural and that the contents of synthetic preservatives, stabilizers and food dyes be minimal. The best alternative is that they are not present at all. Synthetic taurin is a risk-bearing additive used in most energy beverages. If the recommended dose is exceeded, it may be harmful to the heart and circulatory (venous) system. The concentration of taurin and caffeine are also two factors limiting the dosage.

Beverages that contain taurin must not be mixed with alcohol. When ignoring this warning, people often gamble with their health.

The active ingredients contained in the drink called Let’sGo are all-natural substances; neither the beverage contains taurin nor artificial flavors and stabilizers.

What amount of energy beverage is harmless to the human body?

The maximum daily dose of the Let’sGo wellness energy drink is higher than that of most other energy drinks. The reason why this is so, again, is because Let’sGo’s composition is natural and, therefore, it does not expose the human organism to any physical stress. Even when consuming 2-4 cans a day (250ml per can), you don’t have to worry and be afraid of any harmful reactions that can affect your health. As well, you can drink it before or after your performance.

It is, however, critical that you are aware that all energy beverages are purposive beverages. The primary purpose is to eliminate tiredness and support brain function or enhance your physical performance – they are not intended to quench your thirst. Thus, this nature of energy drinks also implies the limitations relative to the amounts that should be consumed.

Generally speaking, energy beverages are not recommended for those suffering from neuroses, psychoses, for small children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, persons with high blood pressure, and diabetics should not ingest some of the drinks.
